Pros

There are a few good people there. A few.

Cons

A complete exploitation of the NHS. Humiliation if you don't fit the mould and aren't part of the in-crowd. Narcissism is a massive problem here. Not surprised at all that they are outsourcing to squeeze a bit more coin. Truly awful place to work, don't do it to yourself.

Pros

Training is fantastic People in team were friendly Canteen

Cons

Cycling door policy, their mentality is to get new people through the door, get them to max out calls and receive as much documents as they can and then fire them and give there work over to the senior members of the team. There is so much corruption in this workplace its incredible.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate the feedback about the training being fantastic. We offer opportunities to people from a wide variety of backgrounds, and despite investing a significant amount of time and resource in our new starter teams, regretfully not all are suited to the industry and culture. But all of our employees are given the opportunity to succeed, and have access to industry-leading career progression and on-going development. We do not accept any unethical practice, and have very strong policies and procedures to ensure appropriate behaviour from all staff. As with all feedback we would have preferred to discuss your concerns with you directly so we could address any specific issues you might want to raise. Our Directors and HR team have an open door policy so they can (and do) listen to our employees’ feedback. Should you wish to discuss your concerns in confidence please email us at hr@id-medical.com

Pros

not much unless you don't mind sleeping with one of the directors to work your way up in which case you have a good chance at promotion. They talk a good picture at interview and the guy who did my induction was amazing at getting us motivated and helpful while I was there but he couldn't do nothing to change the realness of the place when you leave the induction room... the crap comes from the top

Cons

drug culture, saw cocaine and amphetamine use at the highest levels, bullying harassment, illegal dismissals, they think they are untouchable because any HR complaints are met with disciplinary, no experienced managers to manage complex situations like mental health, depression etc, lack of support, good place if you are part of the clique. terrible if not. Low pay for hours expected at time to work 24/7 stand up all time when on phone shouted at if didn't do this despite back pain, treated like children, arrogant senior management, no one listens if you raise your hand you are deemed as negative laughed off or moved aside, just say yes and all will be ok, culture of fear and reprisal. blatant promotional prospects if one of the directors fancies you. Was stood next to someone when they were told at conference 'if you want a promotion you know what you have to do' bgy someone very very senior . Wolf of wall street poor copy
