Exceptional talents to learn from. Culture of support and knowledge sharing. Amazing team spirit despite very challenging targets. Can do attitude! Good location and easily to be reached via public transport. Very flexible mobile work policy and great benefits (also through the BMW Group).
Cons
Office space is a bit old and open space office can be noisy at times.
