Pros
The staff are communicative. I couldn't find any other positive points.
Cons
I don't even know why such companies exist, since they don't offer any kind of framework for the employee, such as training or internships, they just suck you like a parasite while you're working for their client, and once the job is done, they get rid of you as if nothing had happened, whereas before you're hired and accepted by the client, they promise you follow-up in the event of job loss and all that, but in the end it's just empty promises.
