      Pros

      Lunch offered three times a week.

      Cons

      The organization and management structure is complicated for a small company. This leads to unnecessary politics. Some employees are overworked and then there are some who hardly work. People are promoted because of their apparent value and not because of performance. Management is not transparent.

      Pros

      IDV has a great looking core product. There are some nice perks (lunch provided three times a week for example).

      Cons

      The organizational structure is too complex for a small organization. Turnover is way too high (especially in sales). Leadership provides very little training and guidance.

      IDV is a collaborative environment that allowed all employees to discuss and learn from one another.

      IDV has a great product but is limited on its reasouces.
