A Very Bad experience.

Pros

They will give you the salary you ask for at the time of joining...there after its hell, No leaves, always getting screwed in meeting rooms and thats common for all the teams there

Cons

Heartless management, they suck big time. No value or respect for any individual . I might need a pen which will turn into a book' if i write about evergting thats happening,

Good compensation Scope of learning new technologies Co-workers are supportive

Cons

- Poor infrastructure provided to Support team with limited resources and a high performance expected - Unscheduled tasks allocated which are outside the scope of Support team even during high volumes - Unnecessary burden on Support team to act as coordinator between different teams within the company - Low work ethics and nonprofessional - Support team is completely disconnect with the Management.
