Strong mission of helping people improve their lives both physically and mentally. Lot of thoughtful investment into R&D and creative solutions. Big vision from founders/management team and several seasoned executives/advisors have been brought on keeping the team lean and efficient, so the company can move fast with a lot of progress. Incredible product and technology that helps people instantly. Opportunity to grow from ground up of a business with good runway and see many parts of a company instead of being siloed in one vertical. Alignment of interests, team members rewarded as company grows and lots of upward mobility and responsibility is offered. Goal oriented with check ins. Company values proactive team members who can work independently and think critically with good communication. Management is very accessible and willing to listen and take action on ideas very quickly, as long as it's backed up rationally. Pet friendly, several employees in the office have friendly dogs.
