      None to be counted as Pros. The group lacks intelligence.

      Cons

      IFOS Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. is an unprofessional organization and pathetic payers. They have not paid salaries to any of their current and former employees. They have not cleared the dues of many employees. The company has always been in financial crunch and will further be, because of No strategy and business planning in place. The organization is playing with employees' careers. They do not let the employee go and when the employee resigns they never pay their dues and delay the dues intentionally and unnecessarily.

      I have been working at IFOS for the last 5 years, and God knows which unlucky moment was it when I joined the company. The CEO is the egoistic person ever. The office is never clean, nobody can ever find the office without calling and confirming the location 1000s of time. The employees who work in office checks out every new employee coming for interview as a hawk and if it's a female employee then all they care about is how they look. The use of unprofessional language and abusing each employee is very common and happens on a daily basis.

      No pros I have found. If you get into good books of manager you will survive.

      Cons

      Total illogical management. All people do is buttering. No work life balance they can call you at any hour. False promises and no one has knowledge about Aviation.
