Pros

Variety of tasks and situations one gets exposed to.

Cons

There is a very perverse culture. Instead of correcting the bigoted attitudes, the racial discrimination, and the exploitation of Zero hour Agency workers -- particularly the sexual exploitation of East European young girls, the management -- and even the HR staff always try to cover up ALL incidents as if nothing happened..... The policy adopted is "cover up and remove all traces of the incidents, WHATEVER THE COST" Serious haressment and intimidation of victims who make a complaint ... The result is site management and local HR subject the victims to such brutal haressment and bullying that they become nervous wrecks and quit their jobs.... I have seen countless people who were hard-working, sincere, and pretty good at their jobs have a nervous break-down and quit their jobs. Meanwhile the company paid to get a phoney "Investor in People" certificate. They paid the certifying inspectors to act as "Consultants", got a list of questions and ideal answers in exchange, parroted those answers to hand-picked employees at 3 sites, who had been promised generous rewards if they responded correctly to the inspectors -- and bingo!! They were awarded the "Investor in People" rating !!!

Pros

Wide variety of work. Thrown at the deep end get to learn a lot

Cons

Do not follow their own declared Employee Policies. Company paints a rosy picture to employees but that turns out to be window-dressing in practice to manipulate accreditation ...

We're really sorry to hear this. iForce always deal with concerns raised and have processes in place to do so when they occur. Our culture of teamwork and partnership means our management teams are held accountable for their conduct. iForce have many avenues for their workforce to raise concerns including a visible and publicised whistle-blowing policy. Harassment, of any kind, is not tolerated. iForce is proud to be an Investors in People employer.

Pros

Colleagues are mostly all nice and fun to get on with. Monthly awards for warehouse staff. Promotes within. Always work to do.

Cons

Banked hours equating to forced over time. Was made to lie to clients, customers and staff to cover company issues. Dangled job opportunities with the intention to deceive and make incentive to work. High turnover of staff. Staff unaware of rights and the company infringement. Badly underfunded, I was part of 3 new warehouse setups and they were all horrendously funded with no budgets for any.
