      Pros

      Working with international brands. Opportunity to go business trip while project execution. A few colleagues are nice and reliable.

      Cons

      Bad management from top. Super micro management daily. An unresolvable old sea food total jerk creative director have NO creativity, lazy but only play politics everyday. A horribly mean admin creating blocks for daily job flow. Constant overloaded works and always always text you crazily on weekend or holiday. Terrible on work training.

      BAD MANAGEMENT! LONG WORKING HOURS! few benefits, and expect staffs are multi-functional, like “Graphic Designer can do 3D modeling and video editing”
