Pros
There are some good people working here but many of the best seem to be leaving in frustration. Management seem to be trying to implement better practices for employee engagement but they are at least 10 years behind everyone else.
Cons
Due to rapid rate of acquisitions recently, there is a highly bloated middle-management layer that is desperately trying to justify its existence by creating more red tape and barriers to open and constructive communication. Salary and benefits are poor-to-average and there aren't really any unique perks to speak of. Has some good products but ineffectual middle and upper management are stifling innovation and customers are paying the price. Work/life balance is non-existent once you get to a certain level within the company - they own you!
