Pros
Great office environment, friendly, cycle to work scheme, Monday Lunch catching up, open to suggestions and progression.
Cons
Top heavy, suggestions take a while to be reviewed and (if) implemented. Lack of hybrid working - only allow working from home once a week post Covid. RIBA membership not paid for. Underpaid when compared to average London profession pay.

Open studio environment, nice to work in. Colleagues are supportive and the office culture is great.
Cons
Cost based decisions for equipment and software some times create setbacks on workflow.
