Pros

-The company provides medical benefits for staff. -Bonus

Cons

-A gossip culture among some colleagues creates an unhealthy work environment. -There are occasional personal attacks that undermine professionalism. -Leadership communication lacks clarity and effectiveness. -There are instances of harsh and disrespectful verbal reprimands from superiors. -The hiring process appears to favor candidates with internal connections rather than merit. -The school prioritizes KPIs over the actual quality of education. -Teachers face an excessive workload, with up to 18 teaching hours weekly plus duties and frequent relief classes. -Continuous programs and activities make it difficult to maintain a manageable workload. -Teachers are often required to stay late for event preparations without overtime compensation. -Student replacement tests lack proper screening, leading to admissions that prioritize numbers over quality and disrupt effective classroom learning.
