      Good working experience. Good interaction with Managers and sub contractors. Good working hours.

      Delayed salary. Leave salaries not given before going on leave. Work not streamlined.

      Pros

      Work environment is relaxed and you'll learn many things which may give a professional boost in your career.

      Cons

      Salaries are always delayed. Now there are total 5-6 months pending salaries. Also, management asks their new employees to pay for medical, emirates ID and residency visa. Some employees are overstayed without a valid visa with reason by the management that company has no funds for visa renewal.
