Extremely poor work-life balance defined by unbound hours, frequent weekend demands, and zero leave flexibility. Management completely lacks employee focus, fostering a toxic culture driven by arrogant leadership. Furthermore, HR acts merely as a puppet for management, actively fueling divisive office politics. I strongly advise against working here; it is a highly stressful, unsupportive, and dysfunctional workplace

Nice people who communicated well up until some point

I did all of the interviews and they promised to let me know asap. It has been 3 months and they never let me know the result. I sent a follow up which they keep ignoring. Very unprofessional.
