Business outlook
Pros
Nice office view, a lot of alone time, free coffee/tea from office pantry, overall really nice office. There’s nice iMac for designers too. As a new designer out in the field, it was a really good learning experience as I was exposed to many different types of design projects (illustration, wayfinding, branding, packaging and print, motion graphics)
Cons
At the time of employment, the company was a little understaffed in designers as the senior designer had to leave, so I had a lot on my plate to handle (client project/pitches, social media, corporate comms)
