No career development or advance opportunities

Pros

Benefits for the most part. Offer flex and telecommuting opportunities to some. Employees are great, dynamic, fun group of people.

Cons

There really are no advancement opportunities and no career development planning for the employees. No structured training; just watch and learn. Sales team is treated like royalty while the rest of the employees scramble to support sales. There's no leadership from management so most employees do their jobs as they please with no accountability, none. Other than the sales and exec team, most employees struggle to make ends meet. Very high turnover rate.

Pros

Maybe a few coworkers. But all of them also feel as if they are bottom of the barrel.

Cons

Extremely fake environment full of mean fashion queens and pompous men. Don’t e ever try to take your hard earned pto if your children get sick because they don’t approve.

Pros

IMS is in a growth mode and is looking to make smart decisions to increase its market in both consulting and expert services. It is investing in both people and technology to optimize processes so that it can scale up. IMS really cares about its people and attempts to fairly compensate them and make sure they have engaging roles.

Cons

With growth comes change. There are a lot of business processes changing as the company prepares to adopt technologies to help allow for the growth. People are working hard to not allow those changes to reduce the quality of its offerings to clients. Change isn't necessarily a bad thing (can be a great thing), but it helps to know about it going in.
