Lack of management, very few accounts for such a long established company. Management often argue and belittle each other in front of staff creating a hostile environment to work in. Accounts often stolen and overall not a trustworthy place for the long term. Company needs to use more modern techniques and stop focusing on what used to work. The company was successful when previously working in Financial recruitment however they have not adapted to the changing requirements of IT recruitment. As such the database is terribly out of date.

The MD is a sociopath, manipulates rather than inspires, deceives rather than instructs and simply doesn't understand other human beings. She's not inherently a bad person, she's simply emotionally unstable and venomous to work for.
