      Overwork with Little Recognition

      Pros

      Co-workers were like family. Everyone came together to support each other.

      Cons

      They constantly added to everyone's work load. The only way to get a raise is by leaving. At one point another technician was running the whole department because our manager had 2 building as was never around.

      Pros

      Very nice family friendly staff that works well together for the patients. Everyone is extremely skilled at what they are doing and does not mind lending a hand when needed.

      Cons

      The smells in this facility can get over bearing. Again this is a skilled nursing home so if you do not have a tough stomach this may not be the place for you.
