Pros
It's a small organization with ~1000 employees. Best work life balance. Plethora of opportunities in terms of technologies and opportunities to work on multiple opportunities & learn new technologies. You can simultaneously work on different technologies like SAP, FIORI, QlikView, MII, BlockChain, IoT, Big Data, AI etc. Lot of opportunities & encouragement given to the innovation.
Cons
Since it's a IT Services Management division of Saint-Gobain comparing with IT companies, IT processes & governance it not par. But it gives you opportunities to improve & excel. As they say 'One rotten apple spoils the barrel', spot that apple, keep the distance & stay focused.
