This is obviously a former employee that didn't work out. The statement is false about the majority of the employees being from FF. It's true that a handful of people who left FF came to IndiEV but we have more from other fine companies like Tesla, GM, Ford, Mazda, Nio, SF Motors, Karma, Kia, Hyundai, and etc. Also, we don't recruit friends but when you have worked with someone for a long time at differing companies, you naturally tend to form a friendship/working relationship with excellent people. People like to work with former employees who are proven - these people are often referred as "employee referrals" who are the best types of hires. I'm sorry it didn't work out for you but like I've always said, "Chemistry is either there or it's not" and its not right or wrong, but it just is what it is. Peace to you and we wish you success at another perhaps more established, non start-up which might be a better fit.

This Designer left during a time when we were in transition and no longer works at IndiEV. We have been recruiting manufacturing leadership and have secured some very knowledgeable veterans in the EV Auto space. As to the comment on our HR, this is incorrect as our HR folks have over 30 years of combined experience both in HR and Recruitment. We also hire veterans in the EV space, who often feel like friends, but we hire only highly qualified talent especially since we run lean and mean. Start ups are not for everyone since we have to be scrappy and work at a fast pace but for the right candidate, they will thrive in our wonderful stimulating environment. Sometimes, however, the chemistry just doesn't work and that's ok. Best of luck to you (name withheld to protect feelings) but I know who you are. Go in peace.
