Management is cutthroat and old school.

- Lots of abusive phone calls - Repetitive work - Manager was extremely rude. - Overtime was expected - Long hours

Where to start: They do not offer any hybrid system. You will always have to go to their office, spending tons of time commuting. The office is not close to any Skytrain. You will have to walk 15 minutes from the sky train station. On top of that, the office work time is long. Forget social life. Forget life and work balance. It's just horrible. You will be spending almost 9 hours at the office. They do not treat their employees like humans. They forced us to work 8 hours. Good thing I left this horrible place.

Management decision making not cohesive and base on feelings not professionalism.

1. Food outside the company canteen is much costly then food outside. 2.Some male colleagues don't know how to behave with female colleagues.

A lot of pressure, money is not the best
