Pros

good start- up culture, hyper active teams, celebrations for very small reasons , every weekend is for clapping and talking about people who barley talk to you.

Cons

almost 7 days working if not office then some meeting or HR exercise or CELEBRATIONS for nothing, very very strict with the target, and the team's say is not considered whatsoever. very quick HIRING and FIRING. they take so much engagement that it will kill your personal life.

- Can easily build rapports with the team - Team is young & can be fun

Cons

- Ideas, opinions are not valued. Management wastes a lot of time in back & forth only to take their own way forward - no solutions from managers but you have complete accountability. Sink or swim culture - Attrition rate is very high. - Projects won't take off, very hard to learn something new at your job. Shaky leadership
