Easy & fun work environment, great team mates. No politics. Not Toxic. Digital Learning tools help us learn about new products fast Staff discount on products Great work-life balance. Always been flexible with schedules, great if you are studying at Uni. Great casual retail job. Good morale, team has professionalism all around - not competitive Diverse team
Cons
Lack of 1:1 feedback and no major job growth Not much else in benefits (i.e., no health, EAP Portal, etc.). Not too great for social/team-building activities outside of work. Aside from Xmas No presence of a HR team, just managers. Quite disorganised Store is quite dated
