      Great environment, Leadership, and career growth

      Pros

      I have been with INflow for 1 year and 6 months now and this is a great company to work for. Ive seen great leadership who cares about their employees and offers them huge opportunity for growth. Whether it is paving a road map to help us lead into the career path that we are striving for, to certification reimbursements/training when certifications are needed for certain promotions, etc. All in all- When you have leadership that focuses on their employees, you will see a healthy work culture/environment, you will see employees going above and beyond, and you will see steady growth each year you progress. Thank you for allowing me to be apart of such a great and wonderful company. I look forward to many years here.

      Pros

      I applied for 2 different positions and inflow beat out the other company by a whole week. It already takes a long time to get a GOV job but Inflow seemed to get me on quicker compared to the other contractor places. After my start date I was sent a a little gift package and I still use them to this day. Any time I had a question they were very quick to answer and respond and I never had a issue with them which to me was a huge plus. They also sent me a gift card for my birthday and that was a welcome surprise cause some companies I've worked for in the past didn't even say happy birthday but it felt like the whole office wished me a happy birthday. I'm sad to leave Inflow but getting hired on with the GOV was my main goal. 10/10 for Inflow.

      Cons

      Not really a issue with them but at one point my contract was a week from expiring and I just wasn't sure if my contract would be extended or not but it eventually did. This is more on the GOV then Inflow though.

      Pros

      I’ve worked for Inflow Federal for a little over 2 years. It’s been one of the best companies that I have worked for as a government contractor. Management recognizes hard work and awards you for your successes.

      Cons

      None that I have seen.
