Thank you for taking the time to provide a review and feedback, it is appreciated. The people and flexible working arrangements make it a great place to work. We do now advertise salaries on our jobs and have given better transparency to our employees on pay and bandings.

Pros

Some good people and the mission of the company is good. Work life balance.

Cons

No career progression in many roles. Lots of unhappy people and Director Team not acknowledging it. Seem to be totally out of touch with the staff. Tonnes of senior management politics and top heavy organisation. HR is very very corporate and not in keeping with rest of the organisation. Very disappointing. Salaries not tracking industry levels.
