Good developers, new technologies used, experience with projects for big customers. Good place to get some experience as developer and move forward
Cons
High level management is a joke. Not very competent HR often providing misleading or false information to the employees.

Cons
Minor inflexibility opposed to proclaimed hi-tech company. The adoption is kinda slow and when work is not backed up from the project budget, it's hard to push pricey changes to the production.
- Long term relationship with the global customers yielding in a range of interesting projects employing the latest technologies mostly based on the Microsoft platform (web apps, Azure, IoT, etc.)
- Opportunity to work with talented, technically skilled people building up a team with a friendly atmosphere
- Multi-cultural environment
- Personal development program and career growth chance
Cons
Progressive ideas take sometimes a bit more time to adopt due to rather conservative company history focused on the stability and reliability
