      Pros

      Good developers, new technologies used, experience with projects for big customers. Good place to get some experience as developer and move forward

      Cons

      High level management is a joke. Not very competent HR often providing misleading or false information to the employees.

      Pros

      It's nice to work for IPS as long as you value straight set responsibilities and standard project work. Experienced employees share their knowledge and help each other. Project managers care for personal development of team members.

      Cons

      Minor inflexibility opposed to proclaimed hi-tech company. The adoption is kinda slow and when work is not backed up from the project budget, it's hard to push pricey changes to the production.

      - Long term relationship with the global customers yielding in a range of interesting projects employing the latest technologies mostly based on the Microsoft platform (web apps, Azure, IoT, etc.) - Opportunity to work with talented, technically skilled people building up a team with a friendly atmosphere - Multi-cultural environment - Personal development program and career growth chance

      Cons

      Progressive ideas take sometimes a bit more time to adopt due to rather conservative company history focused on the stability and reliability
