Ditto to the comment about crazy owner. What a drag on the atmosphere of the place. They used to have snacks and cool things to make the place fun but now we don't even have updated computers and software. Owner doesn't even invest in the people. No training, no raises.

Sorry to disagree, but actually we got rid of unhealthy snacks and replaced them with fresh healthy choices. Our computers and software are up-to-date and run perfectly thanks to the best IT dept. in the business. Everyone due has received a raise this year and we have professional education, waffle Fridays, and a lot more.

The opportunity to do great work with a good group of people Small shop feel but with a lot of office space

Cons

Layoffs at least once a year for the past 5 years. Turnover at all levels creates constant turmoil in the organization. Overall, the place is not what it used to be.

Nice enough people but the thinking is a bit behind the times.

Cons

They just don't have the business flow or current client mix that will drive growth. The salary levels are very low and they are looking for people to work an unreasonable amount.
