Management leadership is weak, departments are against each other, zero diversity or inclusion, admin rotation is high because some managers and supervisors act as if they are high school bullies, 6+ staff employees were hired and resigned in the spam of two years, the toxic ones survive, working there is a nightmare.

Systems structure is still being worked on so it can be confusing at times but they are actively trying to improve
