Pros

You help each other among colleagues, but it gets nasty from the team lead level onwards. A lot of people fall victim to the imaginary pressure from management. Leads with a backbone wouldn't do that. But they don't get promoted to leads in the first place, only yes-men. And that is truely the only positive thing to say at all.

Cons

Main objective is "customer obsession" - omg what a cruel way to say "I don't care about my own employees". And that is what everything else is rooted in: - Management repeatedly makes employees feel that they are worth nothing. Employees are constantly being hit in the head with new decisions, such as closing the offices, investing in different areas/companies while employees are kept on cost-cutting programmes or an office obligation during COVID high peaks. In addition, you only get good ratings if you bring in money in the customer project. In general, money and profit really take precedence over EVERYTHING. That's the only important thing! - The employees are always told how great they are and how much they are appreciated, but it remains just fine words. Actions really say the complete opposite. All this is pushed from the management (the partners) down to the middle management and the team leads. Everyone has to bow to this policy at some point or they are massively bullied. - And the management itself is so incompetent - in the history of the company, they have not even been able to make forecasts for the next month, let alone the next quarter. This has even been made public to the employees. Money is being burnt here and there, which only the employees recoup, for topics that have absolutely no future and the company's own employees have to pay for it through the company's massive cost-cutting policies. - Basically, you don't get the feeling that the company wants to accommodate its employees. Or let's put it another way: every concession is associated with at least one disadvantage. You receive something, but at the same time you get something else taken away in return. - As an employee, when you try to make improvements in the form of constructive criticism, you are usually met with the silliest arguments. It's like they think their employees are stupid. - The only people left in the company are those who can't find anything better. The good and above all young employees are usually gone very quickly after 2 years max. - There is zero concept for induction and or job start. It's all learning-by-doing, preferably at the customer's premises without the support of experienced colleagues, as they are also expected to spend 100% of their time working for other customers - so they are not given any time at all for this. - Employees disapear from one day to the next. No one ever sees, speaks or hears from them again. They are radically dismissed from the company, as if there is a constant desire to conceal what things usually happen. That alone is a sign that not everything is above board here! ...and there is so much more! The question is how long this company can continue to exist with this culture and management. More employees are leaving than are coming in? This mistreatment of employees happens even though we know that they are actually the only factor that creates added value through their skills and customer projects. ISD Feniqs has absolutely no unique value, nothing that sets it apart from other companies. It is more or less a ‘better’ recruitment agency, nothing else. As a recruitment agency in IT (you have to think about that), too many employees keep going with this nonsense - unbelievable! Don't go there, if you want to make something out of your life!! I beg you, with kindness. Leave that company to itself and use your time for somehting meaningful.
