It has a small business feel and it is quite easy work. But…
Cons
A frustrating company. Not really any support beyond fellow pms you just have to work things out for yourself even if you have no experience and senior management are totally absent. There will probably be a serious accident one day. Hopefully the place gets a shake up because there’s some good people working hard. The pay is really low and there’s a lot of travelling.
