Pros

Good for a place to enter Japan with proper working visa. If you speak somewhat Japanese and Ensligh, then you will most likely to get the job very easily. Good place to learn various career skills (depends on your sales rep) If you like to mingle with people arond you, its good place to be. If you like the idea of helping others and be equal, it might be a good place (but don't expect to be appriciated) The company will never go out of business, since it has the highest rate of hiring handicapped people, and is backed by the government.

Cons

・The company's whole idea is based on socialism and communism. No matter how much you work , everyone will be paid the same. The idea is that you earn more, and give some to who doesn't, so everyone will get the same. If you are the one who are incapable of earning more due to various reasons, you still get paid the same as others. ・In principal, you share some of your earnings to who can't make as much as you can. If you are reading this, then you are probably on the giving side. I used to like the idea, since I did not care too much for my earnings. Most of the tasks given to me is alsmost too easy, and I get to go home on time everyday. The problem is, you are not appriciated AT ALL. Moreover, you are ASKED to sacrifice more. The only reason I left this company is because I was asked to pay my own expenses when I was on a business trip to overseas.

Gross mismanagement, bad place to work in

Pros

Very easy to get in

Cons

Makes unfulfilled promises. Bare-minimum salary that is under market rates. Promotion isn't done properly, you have people that are obviously unsuitable for a certain role be promoted and this leads to an increasing drop of performance as operations and businesses are led by those who does not have the understanding, knowledge or experience to fulfill those roles properly. Lack of clarity, nobody seems to know what is going on or what to do. Likes to promote itself with the image of a role-model company with amazing work-life balance but in reality, it is far from it, like the distance between earth and the andromeda galaxy. Mismanagement in the higher management leads to extreme wastage of resources. Poor company performance which means little to not possible growth in this company or even the likelihood of the company going insolvent. Relatively net-negative reputation means working experience in this company gives little to no weight in your resume.
