1/ Senior leadership is highly involved in day‑to‑day operational decisions, which can slow down work and limit autonomy for engineers. 2/ Yearly salary increments are not consistent or competitive with market expectations, which affects motivation and retention. 3/ Project timelines are often very aggressive, leading to frequent time pressure and occasional overtime to complete deliverables.
