      Salary, flexibility, autonomy, rotations, learning [all of this at HG issste la paz, may vary in other states] if you are an specialist with work base (mexicans will understand) you can scape in labor hours to atend your private practice...

      Bad payment for most doctors and nurses well actually for everyone, most specialist are absent by atending their private practice. Burocracy is awful
