Comfortable facility. Pleasant environment. Small teams empowered to make decisions for the betterment of the final products/diagrams. Great employees and mostly great upper management.
Cons
You're told that the company is loyal to the employees who are loyal to the company, but that's not entirely true. Keep your eyes wide open and have a backup plan handy. Within my 3 years of employment, I have seen several employees "let go" that were producing high quality work despite the company having no training. One was a PhD and one was a congressman, so these were very sharp individuals. We all remain concerned that the ride could end at any time and without much forewarning. The financials of this company seem to be feast or famine...either it's doing extremely well or it's on the brink of plummeting. Very unstable. Employees are seldom informed on basic policy and procedures, so this is a "figure it out on your own" operation.
