Pros
Competitive salary at the time and seems to still be so. Fun team and seniors. Generally a good atmosphere. Cool benefits. Nice office. When I was let go they were good about it.
Cons
Recruitment takes effort and patience. It’s not easy and I lasted barely 2 months. Senior staff let me down pretty softly, so I can’t complain. Be prepared to give up a bit of work life balance in the process - but they don’t lie to you about that. They made sure I went in with my eyes open.
