Great pay, great people, and support in pursuing business from leadership. It is rare to have a sales team led by actual sales professionals.

Too many acquisitions, too many changes especially for a company that isn't a a startup, they've been around for 30yrs. No real support for sales team, poor onboarding process.

Paychecks clear on time every two weeks.

Cons

This place is a Private Equity nightmare. They were bought by a hedge fund from Rhode Island a while back, and it has been all down hill since then. This company is rapidly buying up small MSPs and making them miserable places to work. There are no scaleable processes, tons of untrained management and leadership, and they are constantly dumping money in the wrong places. Truly a stressful place to work, with mediocre pay and terrible insurance to boot.
