Company is very new and growing fast. Growing pains are apparent. There is no respect for ones personal life or work/life balance (doesn't exist). Unrealistic expectations from corporate, who don't understand the feasibility of implementing their decisions at the store level (with no extra payroll). Store managers are expected to act as the only sales associate on site for around 5-6 hours a day (cashiering, cleaning, providing customer service).

Interdepartmental conflicts of interest, no training structure, antiquated processes, favoritism and a toxic work environment. High turnover, poor compensation, promotions often come without a pay increase meanwhile some top level positions are overpaid and a lot of those folks are unqualified to do the job. Most overpaid employees were brought into the company by other top level employees who look out for them. Employees who are good at their job are underappreciated and often chased out by the toxicity and favoritism present in the workplace. Never ending cons. This place is an absolute nightmare.
