      The most toxic environment I've ever worked in

      Flexible working hours, good salary & commission

      Cons

      One of the most badly organised businesses in Ireland. Directors hate each other and spend most of their day fighting amongst themselves. Nothing gets done and no decisions made because management can't agree on anything. More like a playground than a professional working environment.

      There are some nice people but very few and far between

      Cons

      Make sure you have your commission written into your contract or they will take it all and give you a miniscule "sourcing" fee. Big egos constantly fighting each other Can't give clear direction Very toxic environment Minute your not in office your being talked about Gave me severe anxiety issues from how they treated me Consitantly lied about opportunities Expected to work 24/7 with no off even when on annual leave I also noticed that any person hired not originally from Ireland or with a different heritage was fired pretty quickly...

      Hi - just checking if you have the right company? This is IT Search in Dublin 2, Ireland (part of Vertical Markets Group) The reason I ask is some of your points are just absolutely untrue : "Minute your not in office your being talked about" - none of us have been in the office s in last 18 months "I also noticed that any person hired not originally from Ireland or with a different heritage was fired pretty quickly" - I've only had to let one person go in 5 years and that person was Irish! "take it all and give you a miniscule "sourcing" fee" - no one in the business gets paid a sourcing fee , and everyones commission is a % of fee value Perhaps its an honest mistake, if so would you mind removing this review and reposting to the correct business?       The craic was great in 2018 when left alone and no interference from the IT team and the clients won by managers were great

      Cons

      directors squabbling, thresholds, so many verticals, nasty environment to work in
