- The pay raise its almost to impossible. If the pay raise subject its mentioned, the pretext of evaluationt its brought up and the employee its pushed through a difficult time and workload after which the person won't get the raise. - Looking for employees with low salary requirements - Mistreated employees and even insulted by the manager - HR its Not on the employees side. Its guided and follow the rules of the upper management - Only the old employees are taken into consideration for the pay raise and excused if they don't fulfill their work. Its a closed circle of people that support each other - New positions are created to bring friends / family members
