      Put straight onto the phones with no guidance or direction about what is wanted no training at all and and ridiculous expectation that you have to stay late without being paid to make any progress

      Run your own business within a business Big markets available to work on Can make lots of money in a short space of time Generous commission scheme Lots of good resources Good incentives/rewards - holidays abroad, early finishes, days out, lunch clubs etc etc

      Extra hours can be required to progress quickly but will be similar in any recruitment company if you want to do well
