Over worked, underpaid with management who don't appreciate their staff. The Sales team will say anything to get a sale and don't care who takes the fall. There is know knowledge management system or training available to upskill staff, and due to being so overworked there is no time to help colleagues. The software itself was probably once a good system, but has not been maintained well and rather than trying to fix the problem there are numerous attempts to try fix it which will often cause more problems than they solve. All of this compounded by a Professional Services Manager who has no management skills and doesn't support the staff.
