Disaster from start to finish. The managers couldn’t manage a thing — completely disorganised, lacking leadership skills, and constantly contradicting themselves. They were more focused on controlling every little task than actually supporting the team or improving results. You’d get micromanaged into the ground but offered no real guidance when it actually mattered.
On top of that, we were regularly expected to work well beyond our contracted hours with no extra pay or even acknowledgment. It didn’t matter if you stayed late or answered emails at 10 p.m. — it was just expected, and if you didn’t, you were made to feel like you weren’t committed enough.
The CEO was totally out of touch with the day-to-day reality of the business. There was no clear direction, and any feedback from staff was ignored or dismissed. The company culture was toxic, morale was always low, and turnover was sky-high — for good reason.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. It’s all about appearances on the outside, but behind the scenes, it’s chaos and burnout.
(Will bribe current employees to put good reviews on for them)
