Everything that I have already said, 4 weeks PTO, excellent commissions, bonuses, achievers, 401k, 10 days off at Christmas, 360 desk I love working here, I love my colleagues, we have great support and the CEO is so supportive, daily training (non compulsory) that even the CEO will train sometimes, I have been here about a year now and we have seen some people leave, but they probably shouldn’t have been here or in recruitment anyway. Everyday is a challenge, but that’s why I came into recruitment, ITW and the CEO have delivered on everything and more that was discussed at my interview. I was worried to join another staffing firm because of some really bad experiences at other companies. But I’m really happy I decided to stay in staffing now that I’m here
