This is a great company to be with. still in startup mode, but has a promising future. the benefits, incentives, and potential earnings are unmatched to any other role l have ever had.

Cons

is it perfect? no. no company is. there are considerable growing pains, and the CEO does get emotional and doesn’t filter his words many times. personally, I don’t internalize it. I eat the meat and spit out the bones. people are making it sound a lot worse than reality, do not ingest the criticism from few that have posted numerous times who are bitter and seeking vengeance. there are employees here that have been here from the start and have stayed the course on its ups and downs.

High level recruitment and sales that result in tremendous personal growth as a business professional. You are doing business with executives at companies worth hundreds of millions dollars and growing your network throughout North America. CEO will take time to help you grow as a recruiter and achieve professional and personal goals. There is a plethora of resources to help guide you through your development as a full desk Recruiter. I’ve never worked for a company where coworkers will do anything to help another person close a deal or gain a new client.

Cons

This company is not for everyone. If an individual wants a normal 9-5 I would not recommend this type of industry. You’re responsible for growing your market and placing candidates which will force you to make sacrifices to personal time.
