      Pros

      I’m really grateful and thankful to this company for giving me an opportunity to become a better developer than before. Management is quite good and honest, very helpful ones. They don’t do any politics regarding any work related issues or salary issues, they communicate those things openly without hesitate. Definitely a worth place if you want to grow your skills.

      Cons

      Work pressure is not a cons, so counting it as a worth point to groom your skills.

      Pros

      There is not having any pros. If you are not getting any job and you don't want any salary or experience letter or any knowledge, then only join this company.

      Cons

      Really a worst company. Not having any ethics. Not a professional people to work with. They delay payment for 2-3 months or more as they wish. NO company leaving policy. If you want to leave then forgot all the pending salaries of 3-4months(or can be more). If they wish, then only you will get documentation. Otherwise forget about experience letter and all after leaving company even after serving notice period of 3 months. It is a startup, but no any other startup is worst like this.
