Pros

I've been with ITI Digital for 5 years now, and I'm really happy to be part of the company. The CEO is very appreciative and always tries to do what's best for the team. My team leader is reliable, supportive, and easy to approach whenever I have questions or run into problems. I also appreciate my coworkers because everyone is willing to help, especially when things get busy.

Cons

The work can be fast-paced, so it can be hard to keep up sometimes, especially when handling multiple tasks. It was a challenge for me at first, but with the support of my team, I was able to adjust and learn along the way.

Pros

I have worked here for nearly four years, and my experience has been both challenging and deeply rewarding. I joined the company during the pandemic while looking for an opportunity to grow professionally and build the kind of experience that can only come from doing the work every day. From the beginning, the role pushed me beyond my comfort zone. I had to learn quickly, adapt, and develop skills that I did not yet fully possess when I started. The learning curve was real, but I was given the time, support, and opportunity to improve. Within my first year, the results of that effort became clear. One of the most valuable lessons I have learned is that success is not owned; it is rented, and the rent is due every day. This is not an environment where you can simply coast. The expectations are high, but the work is meaningful, and effort is recognized. There may be times when the role requires more than the standard 40-hour workweek, particularly while learning, managing competing priorities, or working toward ambitious goals. However, the amount of additional time required often depends on the individual, their experience level, and how they approach the role. What I appreciate most is that ideas, opinions, and feedback are genuinely heard, considered, and discussed. I feel comfortable speaking openly during company meetings and am valued as a member of the team. I also appreciate the opportunity to work alongside driven, results-oriented, and genuinely enjoyable colleagues from around the world.

Cons

As a small, owner-operated software company, this environment may not be the perfect fit for everyone. Employees need to be willing to learn, adapt, take initiative, and take ownership of their results. For the right person, however, the company offers meaningful opportunities for professional growth, generous compensation and bonuses, and the satisfaction of knowing that hard work makes a visible difference. This is not the easiest job I have ever had, but it is certainly one of the most rewarding. I remain grateful for the opportunity I was given during a difficult period in my life, when I was looking for work and facing the financial uncertainty that came with unemployment. I would absolutely recommend working here to someone who is motivated, resilient, and ready to grow.

Pros

There are 0 pros The only positive aspect was that the experience helped me better understand the type of work environment and leadership style I do not want in future roles.

Cons

My experience at ITI Digital was very negative overall. The role presented during the hiring process was completely different from what the day-to-day job actually became. What was described as a more strategic sales position ended up being an extremely aggressive cold-calling environment with unrealistic expectations and very little to none onboarding or support. One of the biggest issues was the lack of transparency from leadership. During the hiring process and interviews, the owner/CEO presented herself as extremely warm, understanding, and supportive. However, once inside the company, the reality felt completely different. Her communication style often came across as aggressive, hostile, and emotionally reactive, creating a very stressful work environment. At times, it even felt like there was an effort to mask serious anger-management issues during recruitment that later became visible in daily interactions. The internal culture was also uncomfortable overall, with attitudes and comments that felt highly unprofessional and, at times, discriminatory. Sales environments can absolutely be demanding, but honesty during recruitment, emotional professionalism from leadership, and respectful treatment of employees should be basic standards. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here
