Management team are disrespectful. I was once shoved in the back by someone by someone on the management team. During the interview process the employer was chewing on a bagel with his mouth open while talking to me. I was also treated more like a servant than a warehouse employee. There would be days where I would be called from the warehouse by the management team to: - vacuum the office areas for management. The employer got upset that I vacuumed uncooked rice that was on the floor claiming that he or someone else would have ate it (even though he was the one who initially told me to vacuum it up) - go to employer's car and bring water bottle cases to his office - load employer's groceries into his car Unsanitary work environment. I saw 3 dead mice during the summer I worked there. Also an employee picked his nose and continued packaging food products. When this was reported to someone on the management team, she just giggled and nothing happened to that employee.
