      Pros

      - Great place to learn new skills on the job and work on your own projects - Super friendly and lovely people and great culture

      Cons

      - payment for working student is below average but you can learn new skills (i.e. new coding language) while being paid - so it turns out fair! - a bit of greenwashing i.e. green island makeathon (supposed to be sustainable but has a massive carbon footprint by flying people in for a couple of days)

      Pros

      I absolutely adore the company I work for and have a very companion-like relationship with most of my colleagues and my manager alike. It is a joy for me to come to the office and work.

      Cons

      Due to the excellence of the company it is a hard-working job, no overtime or anything of the sort, just that I have to be efficient throughout my office hours; which is not really a con.
