Sadistic management. The management treats employees as if always something bad is about to happen there and will make you insecure. Tribal mindset of CEO , CIO is leading the company to ruins. . No Job security because management looks at how it can throw the employees out . Check how many employees has resigned in the past year from technical, sales, and PMO teams. HR is just namesake. Employees treat each other with suspicion and blame game is the name of the game always. You will not feel like working more than 6 months in ITQAN.

They know how to exploit. They pay you almost half of what they get from the client. Yet they dnt spend anything on upskilling and certifications. The leave policies are really poor. The project managers seem to make a fool of you by giving lip service whenever you ask for an increment or raise. They don't even care if you leave.
