      To be honest, there is none

      Poor quality of work because the project manager did not understand the technical aspect of the project hence tight timeline was set. Poor professional service culture due to non-technical project manager which disregarded any feedback concerning the established timeline. Toxic work culture and lack of employee support.

      Honestly, thought things would get better at first, but it never happened due to one Singapore project manager in particular

      Extreme trust issues, consistent bad mood, passive aggressive, weaponize any mistake you make, full of negativity from the Singapore project manager, Check the other consultant feedback before joining here

      - Not much work for the PM role, - Most of the PM work can be delegated to consultant

      Cons

      - Non-technical background project managers, due to it lot of project/tasks which requires one or two week's time to complete was requested to complete it within 3 days. - Office politics, - Too much toxic from the project managers
